That looks divine!!!
It was rather delectable Izzie. My mouth waters as I write this 🙂
This looks so yummy! I wouldn’t have thought to mix olives and nectarines in the same dish, but it looks tasty!

Nor would I Nellywyn, yet the combination of flavours work so well. The clementines enhance the subtle sweetness of the falafel while complementing the dual spices and gnocchi. Then there’s the texture of the avo and cous cous (can you tell i’m a foodie).
This recipe sounds really good. Something I plan to try soon!
Yum! Looks delicious and like it would be a perfect late lunch! Added nectarines would for sure be a different type of meal I’m used to! would love to try this!
This dish is perfect for the summer especially since it’s light and it has the freshest ingredients. It’s worth a try!
I love all of the ingredients in this dish. It certainly would satisfy me whether it is lunch or dinner!
What a colorful lunch! Looks great!
I love gnocchi. Love tangerines and citrus too!
Oh yes please – it can be late or early I don’t mind – it just looks delicious! x
